- Anti-Diarrheal – loperamide (Imodium), cholestyramine (Prevalite), colestipol (Colestid) or colesevelam (Welchol)
- Anticholinergic and antispasmodic – hyoscyamine (Levsin) and dicyclomine (Bentyl)
- Antidepressant – imipramine (Tofranil) or nortriptyline (Pamelor), fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem) or paroxetine (Paxil)
- Antibiotics – rifaximin (Xifaxan)
- Colon Relaxer – Alosetron (Lotronex)
- Bowl Movers – Lubiprostone (Amitiza)
