Growing old is a natural process and we shall discuss here how to stop the aging process naturally.

Dealing with getting older is not any easy matter. Especially as a woman, fear of looking old is a big trouble. Also as a man, we can’t accept it happily. We have even seen 19, Scared of Getting Old.

The first targets of the oldness are face and skin. Skin cells keep dying and rebuilding but when we are aged, the reproduction gets slower down. This rate gradually decreases from 20, 30 to 40 years age.

Think like a Doctor –    Focus on your body changes. Concentrate on your eye site, hearing power and digestion mainly. Try homemade remedies and medicinal treatments before you get more defective.

Justify your Bed time – Does Sleep Slow Down Aging? Yes! If you sleep 6 to 8 hours daily, you will increase your youth duration and enhance the distance from old age. The sleep relaxes your brain and so the whole body does refresh.

You have Feet – Avoid long time sitting in chair. Don’t stand even. Keep walking and moving. More than 2 hours continuous sitting increases unwanted fats, uric acid and the elements which cause fatigue and oldness.

Chose your Fuel – Increase the veggies, meat, milk, fish and fruits in your diet. Don’t eat excessive at one time. Rather eat lesser at more times. Avoid smoking, soda, wines and alcohol. Try natural products instead of bakery and marketed items.

Clean the Junks – Keep your body and clothing clean. Make yourself wet and moisturized more than 5 times a day. Wash out your ears, eyes and nose especially. Brush or twig your teeth before and after you go to bed. Rinse and gargle after every eating.

Be natural – You are natural so love the nature please. Avoid heavy makeup and cosmetics. Take simple bath at home instead of saloons and spas. Your masks and skin care stuff should contain natural extracts and not the commercialized creams and powders.

Meet your partner must before 30 days and after 10 days. Be restricted to your real partner. Avoid unnatural, same gender, self done and under fear sex.
